FAQs

What is the minimum age requirement?

You must be 18 years or older to be on any deck. ID required at check-in.

Can I bring my own shotgun?

Yes, you may bring your own shotgun. Please select this option when booking. Note: Only 12, 20, and 410 gauge shotguns are allowed on the deck.

Can I buy more clays?

Yes, you may buy more clays on-site. Additional shells are provided at no charge.

Can I just do the shooting portion?

Yes, you can choose our Cosmic Skeet Only option when booking. Contact us for pricing about renting out the entire venue or ask about upcoming shooting only events.

Can I take unspent shells provided by the Porch home?

All shells provided on-site are not permitted to leave the premises. Shells are donated to upcoming charity events.

Are there multiple shotguns to choose from?

Absolutely, we have over/under shotguns, pump action shotguns and semi-automatic shotguns in both 12 and 20 gauge options.

Will there really be a Safety Captain present throughout the shoot?

Absolutely, every group will get a safety course over how each weapon works, safety protocol while on the range, and an onsite Safety Captain to operate the throwers and monitor the shooting area. The Porch Skeet Range is 100% dedicated to your safety.

Can I bring food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks are permitted. There are drinks available on site for purchase. An assortment of alcohol free mocktails, non-alcoholic beer, soda, and water. Complimentary snacks are also available on deck.

Can I bring someone that does not want to shoot or throw axes?

Yes, that information needs to be included in the reservation and there will be a $50.00 party deck fee (per person) to be paid upon arrival.

Weather

The Porch is an outdoor venue. Rain and temperatures below freezing will result in a closure for the night. You will be notified via text message and/or phone call. There will be a full refund on your reservation, or the option to rebook on another available night.

  • No alcohol, tobacco products, or vapes on deck-there is a designated smoking area
  • No alcohol consumption in the parking lot -this will result in refusal of service with No refund
  • Closed toe shoes required for axe throwing
